Jacobi FT Wilshire Bitcoin ETF (Euronext Amsterdam: BCOIN) is a European spot Bitcoin ETF managed by Jacobi Asset Management, a London-based firm founded by Martin Bednall. Launched in August 2023, it was one of the first Bitcoin products in Europe structured as a true ETF rather than the more common ETP/ETC format.

The fund tracks the FT Wilshire Bitcoin Blended Price Index. The ETF structure offers direct ownership of the underlying asset rather than a creditor claim against an issuer, a structural distinction from most European crypto products.
